    This is incredibly lightweight, and I found it works better than my old, more expensive one. I mostly dry my hair, then use the round drying brush to straighten/smooth my hair and finish drying it. This works delightfully. Unfortunately, there is no surge protector on the cord. This brush has blown my fuse more than once and somehow once set my smoke detector off. None of my other hair (or other) appliances have done this at my current home. If I use the lower setting, I can use it a bit longer. I like it, so I would have it on in spurts, but it still blew my fuse quickly, so I had to return to my old drying brush. :( Not worth the risk if I start a fire!

    I bought this when my Revlon one died after 2 years. Love the color, pretty easy to use but i feel like it took so much longer to dry my hair than it should have. I have shoulder length fine hair so it definitely shouldn't have taken a half hour to dry. I sent mine back.

    I love this APOKE blow brush. It is oval and does not spin. It is easy to use and my hair is not so frizzy anymore. My stylist told me that most people don't use the diffuser attachment on traditional blowers and blowing your hair all around makes it frizzy. She's right, not I don't look so much like Einstein :)

    I loved the hairdryer but 6 months after I bought it, it broke. I turned it on and it made strange, scary noises. I tested it a few times but the noise was bad. I only used it a few times a week and I have shorter hair so breaking so early is disappointing.

    I was hesitant about this working for me because my hair is just about shoulder length, and the brush is quite wide - however, this gives that effortless blowout look so quickly! I love how quickly it dries my hair and the temperature feels like it isn't burning my hair right off. I've noticed the angle of it is helpful both for getting a sleeker straight look, or it's easy to wind if I want to add some loose waves and dimension.

    I really was surprised by how soft but effective the bristles are. I do like that it also has a cool setting. Heat settings are low and high. I don't know if I will ever need the high heat. My hair turns out smooth, better than with the brush and blow dryer.
    I guess if I had a complaint it would be that the handle is so large.
    I would recommend it to anyone who uses a brush and blower to do their hair.
    Side note. This does not add lift to my hair. But I may just not have the right hair for it to add body.

    This lightweight brush dryer is very comfortable to use. Before buying it, I realized it was only 1000watts, but, most reviews said their drying time was cut in half, and/or very fast. So, I took a chance and bought it. However, it didn’t dry my hair quickly. I have short, but thick hair. It was taking a long time to dry my hair. I ended up using my former regular 1875watt dryer to get my hair fully dried. I then went over it with this dryer, to smooth it down. My hair was not soaking wet. I used my microfiber towel, then used a second microfiber towel to squeeze my hair, to minimize the wetness.

    This is my 1st Hair Dryer Brush I've ever had .. I've always just let my hair air dry - So glad I pulled the plug and got this - 1st time using it I got the results I wanted - it wasn't heavy and dried my hair quickly (my hair is semi thick) I would recommend this Apoke to everybody .. I love it !!

    My sister told me about this product so I immediately wanted to try it out. I love this hair dryer brush. It’s so easy to use and looks like I’ve gotten a blowout. My hair looks great without having to use a flat iron afterwards which is why i love this!! Less time consuming and hair looks amazing all day

    My wife had had excellent service over a few years from similar hairdryer previously - so ordered same again - unfortunately after 3-4 uses after a few weeks it started to smoke and stopped working - returned to Amazon and immediate refund ( excellent response) - we have reordered similar unit on the basis that this experience was exceptional - currently awaiting replacement item so we will see
