   I've been using this supplement as an alternative to NMNH for several weeks, and so far the results have been quite positive. The fact that it includes liposomal NAD+ along with resveratrol makes it a very well-rounded option for those of us looking to support cellular health, healthy aging, and improved cognitive function.

   Just three days in, so I’m keeping my expectations in check — but I can already say this NAD+ & resveratrol combo feels easy to work into my routine. The capsules are smooth, no weird taste or stomach reaction, and I do feel a bit more “on” during the day.
   
   Hard to measure results this early, but I like the formulation and how it’s priced compared to other similar supplements I’ve tried. If it keeps up this way, I’ll definitely keep it in rotation.
