   I've been taking this for a week and I'm now noticing more stamina. I was very skeptical about this. I mean if it sounds too good to be true, it is right, but I am able to do so much more than I could before. I'm a 62 yr old, 100 lbs overweight female, it took me 2 days to clean the house, I cleaned it in one this week.

   So far, I am noticing a slight difference in my body and how it feels. I am not h power surging as much and my night sweats are bearable. I have done some reading on this product and hopefully it will continue to make some improvements with my body. It does not leave an after taste or upset my stomach. I take it in the morning before I eat. It does not cost a lot either.
